How many photos will I receive?
The number of photos you receive depends entirely on what’s needed to capture your property at its best — there are no set limits or maximums. Every home is unique, and we photograph each space thoroughly to tell its full story, inside and out. Most properties typically receive between 25 and 35 high-quality images, but we’ll deliver as many as it takes to showcase your listing beautifully.

This allows us to capture high-quality images of both the interior and exterior, ensuring your property is showcased beautifully. For larger properties or additional services like 3D tours and drone photography, the session may take a bit longer.
How do I prepare my home for photos?
To prepare your home for real estate photos:
- Clear and clean all surfaces.
- Replace dim or burnt out light bulbs and turn on all lights.
- Open window treatments and clean windows.
- Remove unnecessary furniture and decorations.
- Clear appliances and counters of clutter.
- Make beds and remove personal items.
- Turn off all ceiling fans, TVs, and monitors.
- Remove personal photos if desired.
- Remove pets, crates, and food/water bowls.
- Tidy the yard and remove cars from the driveway.

If the weather isn’t ideal on the day of your outdoor real estate shoot, we have several options to ensure your property is showcased beautifully:
- Weather Adaptations: For overcast skies, we provide complimentary sky replacements to enhance the appearance of your property’s exterior. This allows us to ensure that your photos feature a vibrant and appealing sky, regardless of the weather conditions on the day of the shoot.
- Partial Coverage: If the weather impacts certain parts of the property, we can photograph the unaffected areas and return later to capture the exterior when conditions improve.
- Rescheduling: We can reschedule the shoot to a day with better weather conditions. We’ll work with you to find a new date that suits your schedule and provides the best conditions for capturing your property.
